Materiality Assessment

The materiality assessment was done by reaching out to internal and external stakeholders of Donkey Republic through a Survey Questionnaire focusing on Environmental, Social and Governance material issues. Each question could be answered as “not at all important” to “extremely important” (1-5).

The survey was designed to include ESG material factors relevant to the transportation & mobility industry by referring to: UNGP, SASB standards, MSCI, peer companies in the micro-mobility industry, as well as including those material topics that are already important to Donkey Republic and relevant stakeholders. The insights were analysed and weighed as follows:

*Note, all the ESG material issues shown in the materiality matrix are important to both Donkey Republic and external stakeholders (>4), however, those closer to the top right are the ones marked as higher priority.
